This policy covers "Inbox Bot", an internal WhatsApp assistant operated by the company for its owner's personal use only; it is not offered to the public. We collect text and voice messages sent to the service number by the authorized user, and the sender's phone number. The data is used solely to record tasks, reminders and notes and to send reminders and summaries back to that user. It is processed by service providers Meta (WhatsApp), Supabase (storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (text processing and transcription). It is not sold or shared with any other third party.
